@emmanuelmtz Ok, for the parties, you are automatically invited; however, you can only post items that are within the rules of that particular party. Right now, there is a 'everything plus size party' so the only items that can be posted are items that are plus size. There are also 'best in jeans' parties, where all jeans can be posted. @MDianne1 has the best advice for the times of day to post and repost items for sale, she's super encouraging

@emmanuelmtz No, don't delete any of your listings, what you have is great! You're good, continue to network and make friends, use social media networks. The main rule here is not to attempt to sell anything that is a replica of a designer. @MDianne1 am I missing anything?

@emmanuelmtz Yes, they send reminders in your news feed; however, they go by PST, so try to keep that in mind for the parties, lol, about two weeks ago I showed up 3 hours early for a party 😂😂😂

Miss Cinderella has helped me with my recent incident with Maximus Orelius (my Pomeranian) who was not merciful to my key chain for my purse, and @yonetr she is very delightful. @emmanuelmtz you are very welcome! And to offer a personal discount click on price drop and then two options will pop up.....an offer to likers and public. Choose the offer to likers......it will make you put in a shipping discount when you do that though. :)

For the offer, you go to the listing of the item, and at the bottom of the screen, there is a button that states "price drop", select that icon, one you select that option, you will then be asked if you want to price drop to everyone or to only the people who like your item. Also, you can ask the person to create a bundle in order to give them a discount as well. 😊

@emmanuelmtz I'm so happy for you, I apologize for the delayed response, I just got home from the post office and my doctor's appointment. I normally print out the shipping label, cut to a smaller size to fit on the box, and place clear tape over it, so it can be scanned and tracked easily by USPS

@emmanuelmtz Yes, USPS, gives out free boxes, but you will need tape. Go online via USPS to have them ship you the free boxes that have the glue already inside to seal the boxes. 😊😊 Congratulations on your sale! 😊😊

@emmanuelmtz also the USPS tape costs about $4 dollars, Amazon has tape that costs much less, and tissue paper is less on Amazon. USPS also gives out free bubble wrap online. 😊

@emmanuelmtz. I got my tissue from Walmart. Go to the Christmas section and there is packs of 100 sheets for 2.97. Also, I get my bubble wrap from eBay and Shipping tape from Amazon. Hope I wasn't interrupting!!!!

@mssmoothy. Didn't Know about the bubble wrap from USPS!!!! There is a note on one of the post offices that tells you not to use flat rate boxes for Poshmark shipping.

@mdianne1 You can use the boxes that are marked as Priority Mail, they are the white boxes with red stripes, you can't use the Express priority boxes (those are blue and white). I do know that this time of year, our overseas military troops are the priority when it comes to items being shipped. Also, there is a store called staples that you can buy brown boxes from. For about 80 cents a piece if you buy more than 5 boxes.

@mdianne1 Same here! 😊 I try to let everyone know, because the shipping time here in the states is impacted by anyone sending anything priority overseas to our troops. Some customers understand, some don't, but all I can do is try and let my friends know, that 11am guaranteed 2 day priority shipping and delivery is deeply hindered during this time of year. 😊

@mdianne1 I'm on the East Coast and they told me by the 18th in my area. I shipped items yesterday during the day and I am still waiting for the USPS to scan. It's going to be hectic this year, so many of our troops are still serving in Iraq, we were talking about it at the VA on Tuesday, so many people don't know that we still have troops there.

@emmanuelmtz Hey, it was your first sale, it's ok. Don't be hard on yourself. So when you get the tracking information, send your customer the expected day of delivery and thank them for their purchase. Don't be hard on yourself at all, you can buy thank you cards or even a notepad and write a note to your future customers. I am still learning and I am no where near close to being perfect. Don't be hard on yourself, you are going to do amazing here! We got you.

@emmanuelmtz Ok, go to My sales, and the item that you sold shows you the "@" name of the buyer. So if I purchased from you, you would see me as @MsSmoothy. Once you locate their name, go to the listing that they purchased and in the comment field type their ID name

I tagged the item that you sold, that's where you tag your customer to thank them and to give them an approximate date of delivery. 😊 And for everyone here, my Post Office, had already shipped items but I had to go into the system to track them, so in case you're not receiving your USPS notifications, go to their site and type in the tracking number.🤔😊
