carlimarie44 I got your review on the bracelet I sent you and I am very confused. The bracelet was in perfect condition when I sent it and I apologize if in the mail some damage happened. Where does it say Y Fung on it? My mom is a licensed FAC jeweler and it was purchased from her directly from their website. I would happily have you return this to me if you are not happy and have Poshmark give you your money back. Lesson learned for me, I will take pictures of a product before shipping it out

ocken @carlimarie44 It says Yik Fung on the single snap, which confused me too! (Not sure how to send you a pic here)Thank you for telling me the history of the purchase, that is great to know. I still like it a lot and would like to keep it. If it is an original FAC purchase, maybe there is a way I could send it to their head office for service??? Posting pics of the actual item rather than an insert is certainly a great idea, but I doubt it would have made much of a difference in this case.

carlimarie44 @ocken I am very confused about the Yik Fung. My mom has the same bracelet and have asked her to send me pics of her snap. Typically they say FACi.It is FAC and Swarovski. I do apologize if stones are missing. It was not intentional if they are. Yes FAC head office in SK absolutely fixes things or again, I am happy to return for you.

carlimarie44 @ocken Yes I believe FAC does charge now for fixing things. If you are not happy with it and don’t want to pay for the fixing of it then please return thru Poshmark to me. Also if you are comfortable I can give you my email address to send me a pic. Haven’t got pics from my mom yet as she is currently doing a FAC show

ocken @carlimarie44 Glad I am not the only one having tech issues. At a loss how we can exchange pics!!! Is there perhaps a downloadable FAC service form? If I pay the service for plus $5 I end up with almost the original price for a fixed second hand piece though. But it is definitely not damage from mailing. Maybe a Monday lemon?

carlimarie44 @ocken U would need to contact FAC directly to find out how to do it. That will be your choice if you would like to do that. The bracelet is genuine and last I saw it was in wonderful condition (worn maybe twice). If U decide against that and want to return for money bank pls contact Poshmark and I will happily do that. Other than that, there isn’t much I can do

ocken @carlimarie44 Agreed. Glad to know it is original FAC and the Fung snap is just a mystery as there is not a single pic online that shows this elsewhere. I wish I could prove this by sending you a pic though.

carlimarie44 @ocken I even tried googling Yik Fung and FAC to see if he was some sort of designer that did a collection for them that I wasn’t aware of!? 😂😆 I came up with nothing other than another designer named Yik Fung.

carlimarie44 From the small pic that I can see (and I could be seeing wrong as it’s a really little pic) that looks like the back of the snap. Perhaps that is the brand of the snap?

carlimarie44 @ocken ok now I can see it. I think that is the brand of the snap. No FAC jewelry that I am aware of have anything imprinted on that part of a snap. If there was to be any sort of imprint it would be on the flat side of the snap.

carlimarie44 @ocken you are correct that it looks different on the site but I bought this bracelet probably 4-5 years ago. This bracelet has been on their site for quite a few years. Perhaps they have changed the snap
