I am disputing the return of the Tom Ford Bag. I included the price tag with bag. I have proof of it. I took a picture of it. So why wouldn't I have included it.

I wrote to them repeatedly asking if their authentication people took the tag out thinking it was trash and/or lost it. They never addressed that and just kept saying "the seller insists it was in there"...I totally believe that you put it in there. The reason why I want it is because I have one of the same bags already and some of the hardware fell off, but because it was a gift and I am not "in their system" Tom Ford Las Vegas would not repair it. so unfortunately I really needed the tag!

That is why I was willing to pay another $2500 to have duplicate was to have the ability to get them fixed . Basically I was buying it for the price tag as a proof of purchase to get Tom Ford to fix it. I promise you I went through the bag multiple times and even asked my friend to look in case I had missed it. I'm sorry this did not work out for you, and I am sure you are annoyed, but as it was not there I wasn't going to pay that much just to be stuck in the same situation.
