achavez122 I checked USPS on order 94055......it shows shipping number created but that USPS did not receive package. Please issue a refund if it is not going to be sent. Thank you.

ilconsignment Hi, I noticed that I was given a rating of 3 for cleanliness. Upon the bag leaving especially due to COVID the bag was washed. The bag isn’t dirty however the bag is used. I would be more then happy to reach out to poshmark so that you can return the item; I would not suggest anyone purchase an item that is unclean especially during a pandemic. Please advise.

ilconsignment Please let me know as soon as possible I don’t want to initiate the return without making you aware. As a seller I truly take pride when wrapping, cleaning and assuring the items reach their destination. I reviewed the pictures and I don’t show any stains or dirt markings.

ilconsignment @sweetcafecito I did not see any stains. As stated, I would be more than happy to refund the item and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have always received remarkable reviews so this is a bit bothersome. I am prepared to submit a request to poshmark for a refund if you like.

Mot trying to be bothersome; investigating is what I do for a living please don’t take it personal just trying to get a resolve in that I am not sure what stains you are talking about. I wanted to give that little bag to my little sister but I really believe was in an okay condition that bag is ready but for goodwill. all good sending you good vibes but I don't have the time to continue with this conversation take that like a good advice and be honest next time.
