livgervasi Hey there Mara! I just wanted to touch base with you regarding your recent purchase. What I have been experiencing lately is I have shipped out items, and a few days later, I get a notification saying that they are reminding me to ship the item out. I always quickly report that I have shipped the item but it has not yet started tracking.
