@beckyschermann I tried to accept, and when I did it said to reach out to customer service to accept order since they had already generated a label. I did send a follow up just now saying I do not want to return them so hopefully they rectify it fast. @maranatha-wall

@beckyschermann hello, yes they responded to my first note about you trying to refund $5 and they said that was not possible. That the options were for me to either return or confirm purchase. I said I wanted to go ahead and confirm purchase. Went to check to see if they had enabled me to manually do it after that but I still am not able to on my end.

It was a live person who responded. I’ll respond again to see what’s going on. Will reach out when they respond. I’ll harass them Bc they are delaying you getting your funds.

@beckyschermann perfect, I just sent a follow up email and then sent a note through the support button on app making it clear that they can release funds and that I do not plan to return. Will respond back as soon as they do!
