nickdalfano34 Hello Marc. I’d like to begin by apologizing for the way that the hat arrived to you. I can assure that it was not in “unusable condition” with a crease when I shipped it, and I don’t appreciate a 1 Star review for something that was out of my control. Had you brought this to my attention prior to your timing-out of your chance to cancel the order, we could’ve submitted a formal complaint about the order to Poshmark and they could’ve helped us figure out a solution.
