fineqfinds Hi Marcel, when a buyer makes an offer, the normal shipping charges are 6.49 unless Poshmark has a special. When a seller makes an offer, the shipping charges would be 4.99. Another way is when a seller drops the price of an item by 10%, the shipping charge is 4.99. I can drop the price of the cardigan to $13. Your shipping charges will be 4.99. In the future, you can always ask a seller to drop the price to receive discount shipping, most of them will agree. Marina.
