haileydr Oh my god that's ridiculous they must have roughed it up quite a bit cuz I particularly wrapped the necklace in plenty of packing paper : /. Why don't we take it to poshmark and let them know that the item was packaged properly but still broken and so that hopefully you can get some money back! I will even email them myself cuz I love my customers to be excited and totally satisfied with the arrival of their items

haileydr @mdmatias82 oh no obviously a manufacturing problem. I'm Going to take that to the company I bought from and request a replacement. Hopefully you noticed it was in original packaging so I had not damaged it. I am going to request they send me a new one which I will send to you
