cscompton I’m not sure why the clarks you purchased just started tracking. I mailed over a week ago and actually went to post office yesterday and filed a complaint. They of course had no answers to give me and claimed if I had mailed it it would be tracking. Needless to say this wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Either way the package did start tracking today and I hope you will receive it soon. Thanks again for your purchase.

karenamitchell hello! you purchased a top from me and I apologize sincerely for the inconvenience! I had no idea that I was given the wrong envelopes! Evidently the post office here did not understand that I needed just normal shipping envelopes for poshmark! I will definitely be contacting support to see what I can do to fix this!

marcitarts @karenamitchell thx so much for your reply. I did get a response from Poshmark and they will reimburse me for the extra shipping charges. Im sorry you were given the wrong envelope by the PO. this is the 2nd time its happened to me and the first time the PO wanted $42.00 extra!! I didn't accept that one and they sent it back. I wish PM was able to stress the importance of using the correct envelope! The top is beautiful and I really like it. thank you
