lecrose @coliannomarci hey Marci, I just got this message! I wrote you a long note and already shipped the dress. If you receive it and want to return it for a refund that is fine. My little girl wore it once on Christmas Eve to church. The pull is really not that noticeable because of the way the fabric lays. Just let me know what you think when you receive it:)) Sorry about that!

lecrose @coliannomarci Marci, there was no reason you should have publicly stated your thoughts through the rating system! You forgot to write how I would have been happy to refund you your money and taken the dress back if you were not happy! Also it is not in terrible condition! You should have privately contacted me with you concerns like I suggested! I am still willing to take the dress back and refund your money under the condition you admit your review was out of line!

lecrose I also want to note that considering you are new to the world of Poshmark with 0 shares to anyones closet that being kind and honest is a huge part of this community. I have copied all of our correspondence and emailed the staff at PM to try and get you to return your item for a full refund. Another important skill is communication. I would appreciate an answer soon in dealing with this transaction. Good luck in the future and hopefully you will have learned something from this situation.

coliannomarci @lecrose That was my honest review. I was not trying to be mean. I'm sorry you feel that way. The pull was large, a portion of the shoulder strap was detached and would have to be sewn to wear, the material was cheap. I did give you 4 stars to try to be kind and give you credit that you did try to contact me. I'm not sure what being new to poshmark has to do with an honest review. I'm happy to edit my review that you did offer return/refund.

coliannomarci @lecrose I don't sell or otherwise participate in the poshmark community. I will return the dress if you prefer, I still have it. I was planning to donate it to the children's clothing box at our church. I wasn't going to force a return because I was trying to take responsibility for the fact that I didn't see your communication before you sent the dress. I do recognize that you shipped fast and that is appreciated.
