newfmom Hi, I shipped out your boots today. I honestly had to locate them! I have so much stuff packed up because I’m moving soon. I have had these boots on here for close to two years so I was surprised when you purchased them. I just wanted to give you an update. You can loosen up the calf. I had the laces as tight as I could get them so just find the top of the lace at the top of the boot tucked down inside. Hope you love them! Thank you for your purchase.

kelseybrachok Hi Marci I already shipped your bag earlier but I wanted to let you know I didn’t have a box large enough for it & neither did my post office. I didn’t want to squish it in the standard large box and ruin the structure and it just wouldn’t fit. So it’s in the dust bag, fully wrapped in bubble wrap & in a large polymailer. I then double bagged & put it in one more for protection and it’s taped over too.

Leading me to think something was wrong if it works I gladly take it. Christmas or afterwards was fine I was lead to believe it didn't work and broke my heart. Its for a four year old child that has so much going on in his home environment that I thought this be a great blessing for him. Your statement lead me to believe otherwise.
