@kashlink27 oh I know - I just wanted you to know. The item is fine and I love it. It’s just when u pay for 3 day priority shipping and it took over a week? Plus box broken open, just thought you would want to know the specifics, that’s all. Totally happy w the item!!

@kashlink27 Fully understand that delivery (time) isn’t your fault BUT preparing a package FOR a successful delivery IS (your responsibility). The box was not secured properly/taped at ends to secure the tucked-in ends. So, delivery is important in the way it’s packaged or the delivery could end up being disastrous (contents damaged or taken) by sending an unsecured box. Just trying to help in future shipments.
