sherel9 I think all will need to be separate if u want the boxes. If not, I will likely still require four boxes, two pairs each box, but not sure if weight will exceed 5lbs. Might be best to purchase all separately. I will then include the Calvin Klein without you having to formally purchase to keep the amount at $65.
