lucy_love610 @xoxposh They were all broken except one. And the rating was for u for the broken I don't remember anyone else stuff being broken... but I do remember one or two crappy packing. My standards are not high at all trust me.. i just go by common sense. I go by what the item is and then how I would pack it. I didnt make a claim cuz I didn't know how I'm new to this.

xoxposh When you receive the item it should ask wether or not the item was up to standards and you should be able to rebuttal it. Once that happens, they send a pre paid shipping label for the item to be sent back to me.

That's so crazy especially since you got a note too. I'm so sad cause I put alot of extra goodies for you too for your mystery bag as well as for being a great and flexible customer. Did they just list one post office for you to do pickup?

If someone don’t like a listing they won’t get the offer. So sense you didn’t like the listing I made with the 3 Becca highlighters, you didn’t get the offer. But the 4-5 other people did get the offer I was sending out.
