@katiejerozal11 Thank you. I have reached out to them as well. The item has been marked as delivered; however, it has not. The tracking number still shows enroute. Hopefully, the post office delivers it soon. I received Christmas paper ordered in November the following February. So, I haven’t given up yet.

@mteezzie Good morning! I got the delayed emailed this morning. I’m guessing because the 2021 bags are microchipped vs. tagged (which is better, in the long run, for authentication) they are having to take extra steps. Receipt is with bag as well 😍 Sorry for the delay! The nice thing is you can now take the bags to a store and they can scan them!
