dmo_22 @marseaahh Since you can’t be troubled to respond to messages over a matter of a 3-4 days nor be bothered to cancel the sale that you can’t/won’t fulfill, I’ve had to waste my time dealing with Poshmark support to get the order cancelled. I get that you were/are traveling, but guess what? I am also traveling to deal with a family emergency and I’ve had to take the time away from family to deal with this because it’s apparently too much to ask of you.

dmo_22 This is by far the worst experience I’ve had on Poshmark in the 2+ years I’ve been on here. In the future, if you can’t/won’t fulfill an order, cancel the sale to refund the buyer’s money rather than holding it hostage. Responding to a message or two might also be a nice touch.

marseaahh @debbiemom22 I am so sorry, I did attempt to cancel a few times on my end I believe it may have been due to being out of the country. Again, I apologize for the mishap, I have only sold a few things thru postmark and obviously not aware of how everything works. or how to do it properly...... Sadly, it's a lesson learned on my end.

marseaahh @debbiemom22 Wow! I'm sorry this affected you so much. In no way did I have any malintent or desire to hold your money hostage. apparently the cancel feature wasn't working for some reason as I did attempt a few times. Nor did I receive notifications that I had received messages from you.
