As a seller, give your buyer a personal experience by sending hand written thank you cards with their items and ship as soon as possible. @marisolgomez64 Hi Marcia. I sent your bra to wrong person and she contacted me. I have been trying to find out how to correct this. Just saw a you tube and asked her to open a case and Posmark would send her label to you. Is this correct. I am sooo stressed over this and truly apologize. Thank you. Jan

@kravitzkloset just drop Posh an email about the error and you will be fine. Email the right recipient and that will appease them . Don’t stress, it will all work itself out.
