joyce74 @bmarcia826 you purchased a Coach bag from me and left a comment that it is smaller than the picture and a darker color. The measurements are on the post and the pictures are of that exact bag you received. Measurements are there. There is no reason to return a brand new, clean bag that had the measurements posted. There was and is 8 pictures on the post showing and describing it. If there was something wrong with it... Brand new Coach bag that you got at a GREAT deal.
