creative2 @marcie0707 😃Hi Marcie. I had not had any sales until today. I was fortunate to have 2 sales today; but it's been a lot of work. I like it though. Don't give up. It took me a little over a month before I had my first sale. I also read that when you get a lot of followers, (about 5000) that things start to pick up because you reach so many people. Stick with it!👍🏻💕😊

As a Posh Mentor, my advice is to always stay within Posh rules (which you are), and try to avoid following or sharing non-compliant closets. Share your closet frequently, especially to parties!

That starts the sharing cycle, which will give you max exposure and increase your sales! There are lots of great sharing/following groups if you have the time and dedication. I Thank You for great advice its very appreciated!!!! I try to let my posh friends know why I may be distracted some days. I have had 4 major back surgeries and I am so Thankful for the use of my legs, For my knew posh friends!! We found out my sis has a baseball size mass in her liver. I have been helping take care of her and her daughter who has cerebral palsy. When I'm not on here as much you will know why. It's been a tough week. We also have my father in law and my sister in law who were diagnosed with cancer.

heavensparadise @creative2 It's about 4 1/2 hours if traffic is good. I was in Fort Worth with my sister and drove home 1 1/2 hours to go to my Dr and now in the car again. Been a crazy day/ couple weeks. Every time I start to share on posh my phone rings and Verizon will not let me talk and do posh at the same time. Drives me crazy. Lol

I had to move in with my daughter's family to help care for her and her newborn infant when she was diagnosed with cancer last year. I also have back problems so have been unable to lift. Pat has a baseball size mass in her liver and it is in advanced stage but I know God is gonna heal her just like he did your daughter. My sis's daughter has cerebral palsy she is 38. Full of questions and I try to keep her happy and smiling. I am prepared to donate my sis half of my liver once her tumor has shrunk. We have met the transplant team and I have told them all losing her is not a option.

heavensparadise @histyle808 They are full speed ahead now. The dr was almost in tears and said you will need to lose 20 to 40 lbs get your high blood pressure under control. I said ok I can lose weight and I could tell he felt bad. He said u gotta understand we don't get many live donors. Are you aware of how hard this will be for you. I said yes pats husband had a liver transplant. It freaked them out to know that both of them with bad liver. One with cancer the other with liver disease.

heavensparadise @creative2 Yes Heidi. I will be ready for them to come. I flew from Waco to Fort Worth in about 45 minutes today and almost got a ticket. At contractions 2.5 minutes apart I was certain I was not gonna make it in time but God said not tonight. So we will see what her obgyn says tomorrow. She's a high risk pregnancy so they won't let her go to long but i am exhausted!!

heavensparadise @vickyss Yes mam!! I was telling the Dr who said she was not dilated. When her Dr said she was only dilated to 3 cms. The Dr said that they were not in any danger so she was not going to do c section. Her contractions are horrible and she's been in so much pain and breathing thru them. I have a feeling that her Dr may take the babies today. I don't want them to come to early but if her blood pressure does what it did with Paxtyn

heavensparadise @vickyss The twins are not born because she's not dilating with her contractions. So they stopped the contractions again. She is scheduled for a C section on Feb 15th and they are determined to get her to that date. They will be a month premature at that point. She's miserable and I hate to see her in pain.

heavensparadise @vickyss We found out yesterday the Rachel (pats daughter) dog has a tumor beside his heart. It's huge and he has lost so much weight. We've been trying to figure out what was causing him to struggle breathing and losing weight. The vet finally ordered a heart Cath for him and this is how we found out it's not his heart.

By the grace of god I found a alternative therapy for cancer. She was fighting me on it because it sounds so gross.

heavensparadise @valorieann She was doubled over in pain and I told her that's it I am gonna make this concoction and let's just see if it will help your stomach pain. She grumbled but I went and made it and sat her up in bed and started to feed it to her and first she said it doesn't taste bad at all within 5 to 10 minutes she was up out of bed at said her stomachache was gone. I went to the bathroom where she couldn't see me and just cried my eyes out.

I have been rejoicing and Thanking God for leading me to it!! It's called The Budwig Protocol and it is just organic cottage cheese with liquid Flaxseed oil ( must be high in lignans and in the refrigerator section at health food store)

I am a pharmacy technician so it makes sense but sounds way to simple but for the past 3 days she's been up and almost back to herself. She still gets very tired and has to nap a lot but I am just so relieved that it helps her liver clean out the toxins and calms the pain down. God is so good!! Dr Budwig states that it helps with every type of cancer.

I'm sure you're both scared.. You should cry it out when you need too. God has his plans and I pray her pain is minimal and he holds her close with loving arms as well as you and her daughter..It's very traumatic to watch. Our bodies are run off of electrons and the cottage cheese makes the flaxseed oil water soluble so it can get inside the cell and flush the horrible hydrogenated oils out of them.

Go to the bottom and click on the one that says Item on received. That will send an email to the person at posh who works on these issues. It may take a week or two before you get your money credited back but u will get it. Unless she can prove that she shipped it to u and you received which she won't be able to .

She left things and she had no idea the headaches she was causing me and her children. I made her a lot of promises that I have and will keep. I hate that her 2 children do not have mom or dad now. Rachel's world has been flipped upside down and it has been so hard to help her transistion.

My mom was 45 when she had me and was told while she was pregnant that she should abort me. Pat and my brother Russell are the ones who live close to me here in Texas. Everyone else is in other states. I miss Pat so badly that I just don't know what to do without her.

Looking back I can see now that she was training me to take care of her baby girl. We would just lay in bed and she would tell me stuff and I remember thinking why is she telling me this? Now I know. Today has been so crazy busy and I have got to catch up shares before going to sleep. 😘😘

spottythedot My head is spinning just hearing about all you have to do ! I was executor of my grandmas will, she lived in senior building and really didn't have much. But the responsibility you feel to do it " perfect " was there. I was the executor of my moms too.Again not much monetarily, she was in nursing home for last 2 years with dementia. Money gone quick. Medicaid next. Then I was responsible for her physically. It sounds like you have a full estate and a lot of other things going on ! Kriss

It had to be set up that anything Rachel inherits must be in a special needs trust and only I can decide what she needs to spend her money on. Pats house went into Rachel's trust along with the handicap van which is Rachel's trust. Pat left her kids in pretty good shape financially and wants me to make sure they split everything equally. I could go on for days.

This year our tree is very pretty but I can't take credit. My handicap niece decorated it with the help of one of her attendants. I live with her since we lost her mom in May from liver cancer. Plus it helps us get to know each other and help each other out. That's what I love most about posh. The wonderful friends I've made. I love that you have sold quite a bit already. It took me awhile to get my first sale. I almost gave up. So happy a friend encouraged me to stay.

heavensparadise @lgillespie78 Ok Cali I tagged you on three of your listings that are non compliant. Any makeup has to be New and unopened. We are not allowed any lotions or body wash. I see some non compliant items that have already sold and that's ok. If you decide to be compliant I'll tell you to add a listing saying that you are now posh compliant to keep at the top of your closet so any suggested users and party hosts know that you are now following Poshmark's rules. That will help you drastically.

heavensparadise @lgillespie78 I love helping out. I use a app called photo grid to make my posts. In the meantime I'd right on a piece of paper and take a picture of it to list as your picture. I'll have one of my mentors look thru your closet tomorrow to make sure I didn't miss anything that's non compliant. I'll also tag some of my friends to let them know you are now compliant. That should help increase your shares. I'll also look thru for a possible host pick for my upcoming party.

heavensparadise @glowinfashion Hi Hallie. I had trouble getting my first sale here on Posh when I first started also. The main thing you want to do is try to build up your followers. There are some follow games I can tag you in to help you build more. The next thing is to share more experienced poshers closets since they have a larger following it gets your items seen by there followers. In return for you sharing there closets they will share your items to there followers.

Sharing is the best way to makes sales. Also share your entire closet during each party. There are 3 parties a day. Some days there are more.

Some people are better at the share for share. You will a few that will only share 1 or 2 of yours. I try to share from the ones who follow the share for share.

There are items posh doesn't allow to be sold in the app. Any of the suggested users like myself will not return shares if a closet is not compliant because we have to be good role models and follow posh rules.

They just haven't gotten caught yet. It's best to follow the rules because suggested users will help you. All you have to do is ask. We all love to help and have been new at one point and been helped. So it so nice being able to pay it forward. I will try to share your closet to my followers as much as I can.

heavensparadise @shelpen I use a app called photo grid to arrange all of my photos. I use my iPhone to take all my pictures and then crop them. I use google to look for all of my stock photos. It's hit and miss sometimes I find them but most of the time I can't them I just use the mannequin.

shelpen I totally agree on the black and white backgrounds. My closet is a little unusual because everything in it is reposh. After I retired I did not have the cute little stylish clothes that everyone is into today. I won't say it was the right thing to do because I spent a fortune but I bought over 500 pieces from five or six of the best closet so I could find to re-posh. Sales aren't that great right now either! Thank you again continued

shelpen The lady I bought the most from always had a white background. Some of the ladies from the earlier sales, mostly made their photos outside the home. I've got a Dukes mixture and I have put .white frames around everything that does not have a white background. Unfortunately I still have about 300 listings to list! My hands just get too tired. Then our mentors guide us to focus on whiter backgrounds and different ways of focusing our pictures. I am still working on getting my style to come across in my pictures. I found out I need to have another back surgery to fix five levels in my neck. Trying not to have to do that. I already have all of my lumbers fixed with metal. heavensparadise @jill555 I know we have lost touch but I am so glad we caught up. Your closet is so beautiful. I understand the bad back. I've had four major back surgeries and trying to avoid a fifth. (Darn drunk driver)I put almost everything up on a table to be able to take pictures. Rachel ( my niece who has cerebral palsy. We lost her mom from cancer)has a coffee table that elevates and is on wheels. (I live with her now to take care of her) I honestly don't know what I'd do without it.

heavensparadise @janimack7 Hi Jan. It's nice to officially meet you too. This picture is my sweet niece Rachel who I moved in with when her mom got her cancer diagnosis in sept 2015. We ended up losing her mom to cancer in May of 2016. Her worst fear was what would happen with Rachel once she was gone. I promised her I'd always make sure Rachel was taken care of and I've kept my promises even tho it's extremely difficult. Its so rewarding seeing her realize that life didn't end just because mom's gone.

Posh just added this feature. Before we had to make a post with everything. There was always a lot of guessing and communicating back and forth. Sometimes it took hours to get it right.

heavensparadise @victoria3anne Rachel is my handicap niece. I moved in with her and Pat my sister 2 years ago in July after Pat got her cancer diagnosis and she lost her battle May 19th of last year. I've never left except a few times since then. It's been so hard for Rachel and I but we have learned to take a day at a time.

heavensparadise @victoria3anne It still seems like yesterday. I was right next to her as she took her final breaths. I promised her she wouldn't die alone so I slept next to her every night for the last 8 months of her life. I never imagined I'd end up with Rachel but I have thoroughly enjoyed being with her. My husband still lives in Waco where our house is and I live here in Pat's house she left in a trust for Rachel. It gets hard but we make it work the best we can.

Justin is 26 and lives in San Antonio and is a premed student so I don't get to see him very much. He comes up for holidays and occasionally on a weekend. We try to go to see him but his house is not handicap accessible so it makes it hard.

victoria3anne I know what your feeling! My son didn't make trough his surgery! Adam was brain dead, The Surgeon left him on life support so I could be with him as de drew his last breath! I was with him when he took his first!! San Jose Regional Hospital did right for me!! I'll shall always be great full for that!

I am so very thankful that you got to be with him during his final moments and all the wonderful moments you had together during his life. He was so young. That really hits hard for me because Justin wants to be a surgeon. I can't even imagine having to tell a parent that there child is not going to make it.

heavensparadise @victoria3anne Wow. The tears are unstoppable after hearing about you and Adam. I am a full body and organ donor because I want to save someone's child. To me there is no greater gift you can give someone than the gift of life. I was going to give Pat 1/2 of my liver if we could have gotten it to shrink. The mass was grapefruit size and in the middle of both lobes so inoperable as it was.

heavensparadise @victoria3anne I was told I needed to lose 40 to 50 lbs in order to qualify as her living donor. So I went into high gear. I lost 30 but she was not transplantable. Rachel needed her mom and I still blame myself for not being able to save her.
