huckleberryrow If you'd like to work out an issue with a purchase and communicate with the seller, those features don't work while you're in vacation mode. For instance, I cannot offer to return the incorrectly sized leggings for you, via Poshmark seller tools, due to your vacation status. My options to offer you anything, free leggings, a refund, are tied, due to your vacation status through 2022. I did attempt several methods, including contacting Poshmark customer service, to assist you.

marciesigs @huckleberryrow okay so I tried the steps but it won’t let me open a case per the instructions since the item has been accepted. I’ve followed up and am waiting further instruction. I’ll let you know when I hear back :-)
