I'm not sure how it happened, have you reached out to customer service to get them to credit you the $5. I'll agree if Poshmark asks me to approve the reduced amount issued to me. Your package arrives Monday & you'll be able to report an before accepting the item. Sorry again & look forward to this getting fixed
