deborah_everett Hi Marcy - I was getting your wrap ready to ship & tossed it in the dryer on extra low/fluff to “fluff it up” before packaging. When I removed it I was horrified!! Some threads have come loose & popped up. Not sure how to handle this as I’ve never had anything like his happen. I do know that I can cancel the order. Perhaps it’s not too late for you to cancel. I’ve uploaded a couple of pics so you can see what I’m talking about. I’m so sorry. Let me know how you’d like to proceed. Thank you.

deborah_everett @marcyberman Thanks for understanding. I was just horrified & sick about the wrap. It really is beautiful. I guess I’ll just take it to a homeless camp that’s in the woods near here. It can still help keep somebody warm & this can have a happy ending. 😌 Again, I’m very sorry.
