nikkignj @marcybunchgray overnight shipping is possible but you would have to ship outside of Poshmark therefore you would be completely reliant on the seller to ship the package and provide a track number and if you are the seller to have the buyer accept the transaction when received to get paid.

Ask as many questions as you'd like to😊 if you are contacting a seller about an item it is best to click the comment button from inside the item itself that way no @ sign is needed. Once they respond you can click reply to their response and talk directly to them again.

4umatthew @marcybunchgray I reach out to Poshmark and waiting to hear back as to what to do in this matter. I shipped up three packages that day and got all three wrong, which is so very unlike me. I left my email in last message. Please do not take any action untill I can get an update from Poshmark tomorrow. I am so so very sorry this happened. I want nothing more than for you to get the beautiful pants you ordered. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated

4umatthew @marcybunchgray week has been hectic & I may have overlooked, I will look again. As on now I am waiting for label hopefully . Never had this happen before so not sure how Posh handles matter. Not sure why if you are wanting your purchase & I want nothing more than for you to receive, why this seeems so complicated & I have no new label. marcybunchgray @4umatthew Oh my goodness...I did not know you were receiving my messages. I just kept receiving emails fron posh support asking me to fill out another form. It was so frustrating....you should be receiving the package any day now. It’s now big deal...I know It was a mistake. Sorry about all the emails...I honestly thought they were going only to support.

4umatthew @marcybunchgray Honey, I never received any personal emails from you. I gave you my email in the leggings listing, & when you responded recently I thought that you had personally emailed me. This is a total NIGHTMARE, I am so sorry. I have never experienced this before, nor do I know why Posh is ignoring us. The other 2 got their labels, though they both wanted refunds, not item purchased. Everything purchased through Posh is tracked & payments are held. I am so sorry about all this.

4umatthew @marcybunchgray Normally transactions are very smooth and my customers are very happy. I have no idea what is going on and why it's taking so long just to get a another label. If you look at my closet you can see I have very happy purchasers. I am going to be very OCD about labels from now on & not try & ship when I have a massive migraine. I feel aweful that you paid out of pocket. I included some very nice 🎁's. Now just waiting for label. If I ship with my own money, then I will not get paid

Instead of simply giving us both return labels so you can send me what I sent you and I can resend your leggings, Posh decided to claim listing was "misrepresented" & awarded you a refund. I just wrote to them for I am so confused. So you have my $98 Keds, if you can please ship back to me I will put Leggings listing back up & sell for next to nothing. I am so terribly sorry for this awful nightmare which stemmed from a honest mix-up error

4umatthew @marcybunchgray If you ship back Keds, I will put Leggings up for $3... which is a price Poshers use when making trades with each other, so you will only have to pay shipping plus $3 for Leggings. If you still want Leggings I am willing to do this. Your refund will compensate what you paid to ship back package, which I hope was not a lot. I am just so confused as to why Poshmark would make that decision which is not true. I am so sorry for this nightmare which has been a constant migraine for me

I wrote to them about how you paid to ship back my mistake out of your own pocket, which was so so very kind of you, though Poshmark should have sent you a return label.
