deeva52 Mardi, I just tracked your package when I noticed it hadn't been delivered. The USPO said it was delayed and didn't leave the Billings MT location until early this am. Hopefully, you get it tomorrow. They didn't give a reason, but, I expect it was weather related. Sorry for the delay. Thanks for understanding.

butterflyamore The rating you gave me noted I should improve on shipping time. Please note that you ordered this item on Dec. 31. Jan 1 was a holiday. The post office was closed. Sweater was shipped on Jan 2, the first possible day it could be shipped, and reached you by Jan 5.

deeva52 Mardi, I'm sorry you didn't get my sweater in a timely manner. I mailed it on 12/30 and there was no delay on this end. When I noticed it seemed to be taking longer than usual, I tracked it; notified you and gave you the reason. Judging from the other comments on this post, other shippers had the same problem. Even though you had to wait, I hope you liked the sweater.
