@ashamarie1 I'm not clear on what the issue is. I just recieved the shoes last night 7pm after I had left for work and when I got in this morning and was able to LOOK at them at 8am I accepted them immediately. Although I do like the shoes and gave you an excellent rating I will be going back and adjusting it because of your appalling customer service.

@lisao08 I'm sorry, when was the last time you actually manipulated the shoes. Upon receipt I inspected the shoe and noticed that the front metal stud that held the straps together was broken. If that stud is broken the strap to the entire shoe is affected. Within minutes of receipt I inspected and took a pic. Didn't even get a chance to try them on, which is unfortunate because I liked the shoes.

@lisao08 Last comment about this as I am not going back and forth with you. The ankle strap is not broken....there was a small metal stud on the FRONT of the right shoe that was broken. Never walked in them, never even got a chance to even try them on. I can not speak on your intent or your integrity as a seller. You where very transparent about the shoe sizes so I guess that speaks to your honesty. I never accused you of being dishonest as you have accused me.

@mblyther Hello, not sure why you gave such a low rating for your LV boots purchase. You wrote that the ship time could have improved. I shipped within the alloted time. The delay was with PMHQ! This item was over $500, shipped to PM first as they had to verify the item - which states that with PMHQ can take up to 10 days to be completed. Also they shipped them to you from HQ over the holidays and as you know the USPS is closed. Kind of an unfair rating!

They will alter the label and send it to a different address so it shows delivered and Poshmark will still pay them. And you may or may not get your money. Please don’t buy into these scammers.
