Hey not sure what’s going on but it says I “released the payment” meaning I’m not getting the money from you for that sweater. If that’s the case you need to send it back to me because I am very confused. Christmas is coming and I gave a good deal on that sweatshirt I would like the payment..

@mapleleafff Hi there! I’m pretty sure payment released means you get the money. :) Can you please double check? I was charged, not refunded. Also, I haven’t seen those tags come through the mail yet, and the case was happy to be resolved based on that. Have you sent them? Thanks!
