@masma I would like to apologize about the shoes. I have been wondering what was wrong with them as Posh didn't inform me of anything that was going besides the fact that a case had opened and then that it was approved. I had received these the day before you bought them and must have posted too hastily. I completely missed the wear on the back. I imagine how frustrating this must have been for you and sincerely apologize that you had to go through this.
