sh_matthews Hello you purchase the Birkenstock I’m so sorry they were damage I was selling them for a coworker and did not have them i hate to accept the order and not did a claim for a refund can you please see if you can still do a claim on them I’m an honest seller and hate this happen please help me in assisting you in making this right
