kylahdaisy @mmpinaglia can you please send me a photo of where a piece of leather was missing? I’m not sure what what you meant, but I certainly wasn’t aware of anything changing after photographing the bag. I stored it in the same plastic bag until it sold, and if anything is not as pictured, I’d have been happy to send a partial refund. I assure you it wasn’t intentional and I wasn’t aware of it.
