nikkianddrake @liveoakplaza Thank you for the update. it it was white and in the creases of the ruffles, it was likely dried mink oil that was used to condition and protect the bag. it is a solid oil and that bag has more nooks and crannies for it to collect in than most. Glad that you could salvage it and hopefully enjoy it.
