tolstun @helwig711 if you not happy about sizing, so please take a look at the description it’s clearly said FITS US7.5! All Louboutins run small in size or sometimes more. I see you ordered another pair from the girl also in size 38.5 so I can tell you they will fit for US7.5-8 max. If you are wearing size 8.5 by USA you need to purchase aprox 39 or 39.5 in Louboutins. All 38.5 will be small. Read and ask before purchasing😉

danielle2001 @helwig711 I’m only worried because the post office has been losing quite a few packages going to Colorado, and I’m not getting the payment until you receive them. I know that anytime I order anything I get a tracking number, you said you didn’t get one which is weird. I order off of here a lot

helwig711 @danielle2001 I have received all my held mail from the post office, and your package was not there. I did receive a package that I had requested for redelivery because I was not home the first time they tried to deliver, but it was my kitchen faucet that I had ordered. I’m not sure what to do at this point? This has never happened to me.

helwig711 @danielle2001 Went to my Post Office and gave them the tracking number, and it is not there. They told me that we should file a loss claim, and that would have to be initiated by you since you’re the sender.

helwig711 @danielle2001 Yes this really is crazy! Why is there more than one tracking number? And I was told today that you shipped it priority with $100 Insurance, but wouldn’t you have insured for more than that?

danielle2001 @helwig711 I did insure them for more than that. I don’t know about the tracking numbers. The guy just said if there’s any problems use the other tracking numbers. And, if they know anything about the insurance on them they can tell what post Office they’re at. This really is ridiculous. But, I know now, if I have to ship anything else not to use the post Office

danielle2001 @helwig711 I went to the Post Office, they have the package at the Aurora location with the same zip code as yours 80016. The guy at the Post Office said if they try telling you it’s not there to ask to speak with a supervisor, and to really press the issue. They haven’t scanned it since December 17.

helwig711 @danielle2001 Thst is the P.O. I’ve been going to. They have checked thoroughly and it’s not there. I’ve spent over 2 hours waiting in line and then waiting again while they check both times. Are they not allowing you to file a claim? I’m currently in Florida until next Friday.

danielle2001 @helwig711 They had me wait for a while yesterday. It’s showing that it’s at that post office and they haven’t scanned it to return it. I was told that they were most likely being lazy.
