Hello, I’m really confused on my rating you gave me, I sent your package out the next day and the item was in perfect condition when I sent it so I don’t understand how you state I could improve my responsiveness? If there was damage then it came during delivery and I’d like to file a claim with the post office. I strive hard to make sure every transaction is prefect. Can you please clarify so I can improve in the future. Thanks.
