grannymagick @joycetrevizo True red sage is Asian & is consumed medicinally in capsules, tea, or tinctures. But white sage bundles covered in red Dragon’s Blood resin are sometimes called Red Sage, & use it as a smudge bundle for heavy duty spiritual cleansing. Blue Sage is also called Desert Sage or New Mexico Sage. There are a couple of varieties. Blue Sage has a milder scent than white sage & is used for spiritual cleansing, healing and blessing.
