bridgecityshop Hi there. I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the boots, I would have happily taken a return. I did show all sides of the boots in the photos so that there wouldn’t be any surprises when they arrived. As far as the zippers not working, the gold zippers on the outside of the shoes are decorative only and do not zip all the way up...not sure if those are the ones you are referring to. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I’m sorry you were unhappy with the boots.

margaretsimone @bridgecityshop thanks for your comment. The main issue is the size because I can’t wear them. Can I still file a return? I’m new to poshmark and still learning how this works. I was sold another pair of size “7.5” boots and received them and they fit like a women’s 10 and the seller refused to refund. I was shocked. This hasn’t been the best experience. If you’re still able to accept a return I’d like to do that. Thanks.

bridgecityshop @margaretsimone honestly I am not sure regarding the return. I have only ever had one other person who needed to make a return but she did so prior to accepting the purchase. This would be a case where you would need to reach out to Poshmark directly to ask. I wish I could help more than that.

margaretsimone @bridgecityshop thanks. I’ll reach out directly to see if they’ll issue it. I never accepted the order. I think it defaulted to that after 3 days.

bridgecityshop @margaretsimone yes it defaults after 3 days if it’s not accepted, that way the seller can actually be paid for the item. If they won’t accept the return then you can always resell them. Keep me posted!
