margaretterwill @wendyruark Hi Wendy, thank you for offering to help with my questions. I tried to post a scarf that had Angora hair in it and it got flagged and removed. I tried to edit it, and there was a mssg that closed before I could read it. Angora rabbit fur is not endangered, it is a domestic animal like sheep or cows. It isn't Angora goats which might be endangered in the wild, I don't know. Do you know what I need to do? I don't want any trouble with Posh. Thanks - Margaret😮😯

I sang in a Tucson band for a while, reggae and world fusion, but I want to learn to play my Dad's contra bass that I dragged halfway across the world...I need to take lessons. I would write folk music with an R&B edge, probably. Do you have any music online that I could listen to? I have some recordings on 4shared. Check out Orion Song if you like!

margaretterwill Michelle, composer is what I want to be, not there by any stretch. Twenty songs started, only one close to finished, and I keep changing them. I don't have 4shared on my phone and will never get it figured out on Mac. I bought Mac for Garage Band and have been lost ever since. Will listen to Orion's when I can get on. Your music sounds interesting 😊

Yeah, my Dad played guitar, stand up bass, piano, autoharp (silly, right? the only one he hadn't mastered, too, ironically), washtub bass - he taught classes to make and play your own washtub bass once during a folksong festival, and he won the state championship for trumpet when he was in high school,

laughslikehorse but then he lost his front teeth as a hockey ref in college and the implants back then couldn't take the trumpet, so I never saw him play that one. He played with a bluegrass band in the Northeast for many years, just a hobby. We all used to jam at home. Have you ever played with family members?

margaretterwill @laughslikehorse. We have just started. This Sunday my daughter (awesome vocalist), hubs vocals too and me guitar/rhythm are playing "People Get Ready" at our tiny church and sister church. I am no Jeff Beck!!!!

margaretterwill My husband and I played and sang Poor Wayfaring Stranger, more Johnny Cash than Eva Cassidy. That is as far as we have gotten so far. Wish you were closer, our church has a big festival in the spring, the Daffodil Festival and we built a stage and are always trying to fill slots for bands. We could work up some numbers.

I am always in Jerusalem in the Spring, where we do have wildflowers galore, but not daffodils - maybe I'll come some day for an adventure...the festival sounds lovely. I LOVE LOVE LOVE ADORE that you guys are the Partridge Family, but maybe more rock n roll.

laughslikehorse @margaretterwill I am grateful to G-d that I moved to Israel to join him when he asked, or I'd have missed his last years (he was only 64 at the end), and he was such a wonderful father. I'm still grateful. We jammed together, even on road trips, everywhere, in the streets, and he organized music parties with tons of musicians and potlucks my whole life. You make me realize, now, though, that I SHOULD jam with my sister more. Thank you, & your family, for the inspiration. Truly.
