Hi! I'm Margaret! I ❤️ shopping and having a diverse wardrobe-but I also like to clean house and purge every once in awhile. Some of my favorite brands are Madewell, Coach, Anthropologie, Fossil, Hammitt, and Kyodan. jkingg4s Hello. I just accepted my order for the tan Coach bag. When preparing to place in a dust bag I noticed all four straps have are cracked at the base and one has the thread exposed, which was not visible in the pictures or described in your post. I can send you pics if you like but I'm not sure how you missed it when putting in the box it shipped in as it was folded at the straps. I would like to return it as it doesn't look like the straps will handle what I need to carry in it.

mpw101 @jkingg4s Hi! In my post I did say it was worn, however I myself did not even notice those cracks when I posted it on poshmark or I would’ve included photos. Could you send me photos of what you are talking about? I do not do transactions outside of poshmark.

mpw101 @jkingg4s I truly did not notice the straps condition when I took the photos for my listing. I try to be as transparent as possible when I list because I want buyers to know what they are getting. Poshmark has a return policy that states after funds are released/the order is accepted all sales are final. You can contact them and see if there is something they can still do? I am very sorry about all of this but on my end there is nothing I can do because the sale is completed.
