soriag The item was dropped off at the post office on 12/23. I went to the post office this morning & they indicated that due to Holiday mail, it can take up to 10 business days to deliver it. I also asked them to pull the security tapes that show the item was left at the post office, where items with prepaid labels are dropped off. Supervisor indicated that it takes time to do so. Left my phone number & they will call me when they retrieve the video. I will let you know when I hear back from them
