msuzanneoliver I posted comments on the problems with order site. I sincerely apologize for my error. I wondered why this cup didn’t have the Dunn logo on the bottom—i should have realized or asked someone who knows more than I. Anyway, I hope my suggestions/response as to how to correct (refund 100% and you keep the non-Dunn mug)somehow makes it right. 👍

idealmeggirl @msuzanneoliver Hi Suzanne, I appreciate the way you've handled this, but Poshmark sent me an irritating letter "telling" me I had to return the mug and that this incident would 'HURT" my standing with them....I've only ever purchased 3 items on here and yours was the 3rd...this is a copy and print of what they typed to me.... Please note that filing future disputes against Poshmark may negatively impact your account. ....I find offense to their remark.This Grammy is too old and nervous :(

msuzanneoliver @idealmeggirl i am so sorry. Just send an empty pkg to me and Ill say you returned it. Im trying hard as i can yo make this right as I truly didn’t know. Please forgive all the inconveniences and keep it simplest for you—also, just ignore their letter. They have to say that for legal reasons (copyright infringement). Please dint let my error sour you on Poshmark. From 1 Grammy to another, this too shall pass. 👍😁

idealmeggirl I know you wanted this to be taken care of, but I don't appreciate that I have to jump through hoops to get my $ back...I'll keep the mug and have no intentions of buying from POSHMARK ever again...I've also told family and friends on Facebook about this, and ETSY will be my "go to " from now on...:(
