thanksmom77 @pittypatsporch1 maybe you could help? The shipping service mixed up the two jackets in my first sale ever. One buyer returned hers asap and the other was away and did automatic acceptance. Now she won’t send that one back and say Posh won’t let her return or send a label. I offered her to pay mail return and she says no. What’s the problem that Poshmark won’t help us? Terrible. My other 3 sales mailings went fine. Thank you in advance, Peggy

pittypatsporch1 @peggygossett Never heard of something like this. Once the buyer accepted the order, her money was taken from her account and you were paid. It is now her jacket unless she tells Posh what happened. I think you are just stuck. Posh cannot make her return the jacket. Ask Posh to refund the other buyer and re-list the jacket you received back. I really question shipping services. I wrap, package and deliver to USPS all my own sales. Sorry I am no help in this situation! Patti

pwreece I owe you an apology. I had a skirt listed & u just purchased that I did not realise must have been included in a group of clothing that I gave to a friend in need & had not removed fm site. Again my apologies that I must cancel the order.
