hotsells hi I am sorry the purse did not work out. I inspected the bag before shipping and didn't notice any problems. I even checked the zipper to make sure it worked fine and it did. The pull worked so I don't know what happened. What may I do to make you a happy Posher. I can offer you a 30 percent discount off any item in my closet or what ever you think is fair.
