Hi! I just saw the status of the package i sent you with the instyler in it. Was the box it was sent in opened or torn when you received?

@simplifree Hi no the box was intact. However, the styler didn't heat up. I am not sure if you were aware of this before you shipped it. It turned on fine, i waited for the tool to heat up but it just remained warm.

@simplifree Yes i will ship it today. Sorry i had to return i was sure hoping to love it. I plug it in to try several times just in case i missed something but the light remains blinking like it still heating up. Eventhough the ceramic part gets hot the barrel didn't heat up. Hope you feel better!

Hi Maggie! I’m so sorry but I noticed a small hole as I was wrapping the black & red Weatherproof jacket for you! It’s near the neck area right at the seam so it is fixable with a machine (I don’t have one). Do you still want it or should I cancel the order? Again I am SO very sorry that I missed this!!
