I just saw your rating. I am not sure what the problem is as this is a brand new bag, with tag attached and never used. You mentioned you couldn't close the bag. When you open or close the bag, there is a lock mechanism. You have to push in the lock mechanism inwards and then the bag opens or closes. When you press the lock mechanism inwards (I believe it is the right hand side on the silver latch/closure)...then the top flap will open/or close. Please see if this works for you.

And I would appreciate if you adjust your rating accordingly as well as this purse was in perfect brand new condition, just perhaps a misunderstanding with the closure mechanism.
