lolos_couture Hi! I contacted PM and they said that I had not properly shipped the painting. I used an extra large box to protect the artwork, and they said it was just too large. If interested in the artwork, I can package it according to the dimensions they gave me. Sorry for the inconvenience. I was truly trying to protect the artwork.
