kbowser5070010 Hi! I saw you just purchased the Marc jacobs tote bag! I’m going to try and get it packaged and shipped out as soon as possible! I do work during the week and most times the post offices are closed by the time I’m home but I’m going to do everything I have to do (even if that means leaving work a little early one day (yay lol)) I’ll figure it out! kbowser5070010 @1marg_p okay I asked my boyfriend to get a box and the purse ready for me to ship when I get home and I guess somehow the paper wrapping around the strap came off. I know when I was taking pictures it wasn’t really wrapped tight around the strap. I can make a post with pictures my bf sends me of the strap so you can make sure you still want it! I’m so sorry about this. Let me know if that’s okay or not , I can cancel thank you again
