treasuredsoul Hi Margie, not sure what’s going on but your pkg is running late (quite late, I would say!). It’s apparently still in transit so it should get to you tomorrow or latest, by Monday. I am so sorry for the usps delay. I just got to a new mail carrier and had another pkg, that is also late, that went out the same day. 😩 I am so very sorry!

treasuredsoul Margie, I am going to contact PM Customer Service to see if there is something we can do about this ridiculous shipping problem you have encountered. If they won’t help, I will give you a full refund. It is silly to pay $7.11 (premium shipping rate for this weight) and get such poor service—despite virus concerns.

treasuredsoul Your pkg has been in the Fresno ‘Distribution Center’ for a couple of days now. Didn’t know it was such a big facility...I should also hear back from PM customer service w/in 48 hours. But regardless of 1) the outcome of this shipment, or 2) the response from PM, I will refund your total expense...I am so very 😐.

treasuredsoul @wikkedsmith Margie, I heard back from PM & they referred to delays due to the virus and want me to wait until 8/20. They will then handle it if it is still not delivered. I am not happy w/that response & will send you a refund check tomorrow. If you then receive the top, you should keep it. This is not an acceptable response in my mind and I want to make this right now. 🥰💕outside the PM system. It has been too long & you have been patient enough.🙏🏻

treasuredsoul Your tracking has actually become quite comical. Is says “mis sent to Five Points, Ca”. Any idea where that is? Because the postal service changes the tracking info and updates seem to ‘disappear’, I think it might be fun, and kinda cya on my part to PM, to let you know where your pkg is every morning. Let’s see if it will ever gets where it is going...🤦‍♀️😹

treasuredsoul All the tracking has suddenly disappeared from the time your pkg left great falls 8/5 till it got to fresno on 8/10. I know it bounced around a bunch of places, but that record has been scrubbed. I’m wondering if it will ever get to you. If it weren’t so sad, it would be funny 😁.
