okeefema Sorry for the delay. I work as a RN at a hospital and I don’t carry my phone with me during my shift. Truly, I haven’t had to cancel an order before. I’m sure I could figure something out. Can I ask why you want to cancel this??? Unfortunately, I had another offer on these boots which I declined for your offer. This will cost me the loss of that sale too. You could continue with the order and try to resell them on your site. Let me know what you’d like to see happen
