carajeanv @margo02906 Hey Margo! It’s Cara. I just received notice from Poshmark that they will be refunding your money. SO, can you please return the cash at your earliest convenience? Regular mail is fine when you return. THANKS! I have never had a case opened or refund issued - so haD no clue how to handle. Since they are doing the refund, you’ll get your money and can still keep the case. Return address should be on the Priority label. SAFE TRAVELS!

aimeedlou Hi @margo02906 this @aimeedlou who you bought the chantecaille mask. I was ready to mail it and I double check everything and posted the wrong size. I have the 30 ml. I am so sorry I am usually very careful when posting an item. I’m not sure if I would go down much more because the 30ml is still pricey. Please let me know if you want to cancel, I would understand.
