The brainless people at Poshmark have told me it is my problem for ordering the wrong size shorts. They are not sending me a return kit.
I know it was not your intention as the shorts clearly said 40” waist. Turns out they are 36” waist. My guess is, and it is just a guess, that the shorts had been washed and dried rather than dry cleaned.
Nonetheless, how do I receive my refund and how do I return these shorts?

The shorts size label says 40” waist. I ordered 40” waist. The actual waist size is 36” waist.
The shorts do not fit. I have 4 other Tommy Bahamas silk shorts, size 40” waist that fit perfectly.
I notified Poshmark immediately.
I received a response saying it was my fault for ordering the wrong size…NOT!
Kindly send me a return package and credit my account for the purchase.
