refinedfrocks Hi Margo, you recently purchased a gorgeous pair of Weitzman heels from me, and left a one star rating, so I wanted to check with you to determine what went wrong. I mailed your purchase quickly, and I also very carefully packaged the shoes and, also, enclosed a thank you note, so I am perplexed with what went so wrong that I earned a one star rating?? If you would kindly share with me what caused such a poor rating so I do not make the same mistake in the future, I would be so grateful. Thxs!

borntobwild @refinedfrocks Hi Debra. That was totally by mistake. I have not yet received the shoes and I was trying to let PoshMark know. I hit the wrong button trying to let them know I had not yet received them. It is most likely on my postal system on this end. I went to the post office and inquired. So my apologies. I’m quite sure they are a five star! I will let you know when I get them. Apologies for the mix up!😊

refinedfrocks I thank you so much for your kindness in getting back with me because I was really concerned that I must have messed up somewhere really big. As in hugely!! As a Posher yourself, you know how hard we work to get it right, and when I miss the mark, I just want to try even harder the next time. borntobwild @refinedfrocks HiDebra. Yes, I have received the shoes. They are 5 star. However, I cannot fit them. They are a narrow 8.5. It’s my size, not my width. So I’m a bit discontent and trying to figure out what to do. They are gorgeous though!

refinedfrocks @borntobwild I'm glad they arrived and you have them, just really bummed that they do not work for you. The thought did cross my mind when I was handling them that they looked a bit narrow, but when I checked the size it did not indicate they were narrow, so I went with how they were labelled. I know Poshmark states returns will not be honored for sizing issues, but if you want to give it a shot,, I certainly won't contest it; otherwise, can you list them on your site possibly?
